The Multi Layer Voice Analysis test that is conducted is based on the technology of vocal tremors, calculated from a series of complex, sophisticated algorithms that detect levels of stress, measured and graded accordingly by using a multi-channel, computerized instrument.
Our VSA examiner completed extensive training in the Truster Pro and TiPi systems in 2000 and also completed advanced training in 2002 and conducted over 3000 interviews with the system. The results of the test are recognised by the CCMA as backup evidence and the examiner previously testified at CCMA cases with positive results.
The single largest advantage of the system is that it can be used telephonically and the examiner does not have to be with the interviewer when an interview is conducted. No body attachments are used, as is the case with conventional Polygraph devices. |
