Tshepo Forensic Services (Pty) Ltd (TFS) was conceptualised during July 2004 as a result of a Joint Venture vision between Khumo's* executive director, Thulo Mogotsi and Strategic Solutions' (SS) Dave van Heerden. In an effort to grow our company and ensure that it reflects the realities of a new South Africa, a strategic decision was made to collapse the business of SS into Tshepo Forensic Services (Pty) Ltd, a new company that will provide world-class forensic and related security services. It is envisaged that the new entity will in time fully reflect the diverse nature of South Africa both at the ownership and operating levels.
*Khumo Mining and Investments (Pty) Ltd. (KM&I), holds 49% of the issued share capital of TFS. A further 5% of the company is held by Mr. Themba Dlamini. 60% of the directors are black, one of which is a black female. The experience obtained by the SS management, investigators and staff as well as Khumo's business expertise, forms the basis of the TFS vision. Experience gained through years of committed service has resulted in major successes setting benchmark trends in the Forensic audit and Investigation Industry as a whole.
